Rowland Associates has found the world of early stage financing as diverse as it has ever been. While the oil and gas business is dealing with supply and commodity price decline, the food and food technology has taken off to fill that void. We have been the beneficiary of the many disruptions taking place in the banking industry. We have added several new consultants working in the areas of medical finance, oil and gas financing and equity line financing. Rowland Associates is an established member of the global venture/private equity community with a distinguished history of providing innovative and independent advise .Our core mission is focusing on the structure and placement of private financing throughout the capital structure, targeting early stage to middle market companies.

Depending on the opportunity and liquidity, Rowland will directly invest between $500,000 and $2 million. We have targeted early stage opportunities in the geopolymer concrete, hydroponics, energy; social networking and healthy food products. For larger investments we will strategically co-invest with our partners in the venture and private equity communities with whom we have developed a positive working relationship.
